Now, when I tried to use Tsmuxer the latest version 1.10.6 and try to add the mkv file. Just encode a couple of minutes to a .ts file and load it onto a usb stick. It will automatically select main movie for you. It cannot display subtitles if just stored in a .ts or msts container.

So far the best way I have found is using makemkv and ripping the video file from the disc and being left with a single mkv file, then use tsmuxer and When burning the AVCHD use UDF 2.50 and don't use nero because its udf filesystem is screwed and it doesn't create a compatible udf 2.50 disc. What I require is the m2ts file with the Dolby True HD audio track. That's what I'd recommend.
